Join us as a youth programming volunteer to inspire and empower youth! Explore, learn, and contribute to youth health education in a meaningful and effective way.
Lead small groups of youth ages 9-14
Gain hands-on experience in gardening and cooking with youth
Teach and guide youth through student-centered experiential learning
Support programs by helping with food prep and doing dishes
Focus on inclusiveness, sustainability, and stewardship
Days / Times / Requirements:
Weekdays – mornings/ afternoons
One-time sessions, weekly sessions for a semester, week-long camps with half day shifts
Open to volunteers (age 18 and up) – with Green Plate Special volunteer training for youth programming and a Washington State Patrol background check
